Poker hand replayer
Paste a hand history from seven rooms and walk it street by street, with the pot, the stack-to-pot ratio and the pot odds of every decision worked out for you. It runs in this tab: nothing is uploaded, nothing is stored.

Nothing is uploaded. The reader runs in this tab.
A reader per room, not one pattern for all of them
Rooms do not agree on how to write a raise. Some print raises 4 to 12 where twelve is the total, some print only the total, some print the increment. Get that wrong and every pot after it is wrong, quietly, with no error anywhere. So each room here has its own reader, and each one states its convention in the code.
Uncalled bets are another one. PokerStars prints the line that returns them, Winamax does not. Rather than special-casing rooms, the builder settles the uncalled portion at the end of every street, so a hand reads the same way whichever room it came from.
When the chips still do not balance, the hand is reported and left out rather than repaired. A replay built on a wrong pot is worse than no replay.
Rooms it reads
- PokerStars
- Winamax
- partypoker
- WPN / Americas Cardroom
- GGPoker — read, but this room documents its betting notation least clearly, so we say so rather than presenting it as equal.
- 888poker — read, but this room documents its betting notation least clearly, so we say so rather than presenting it as equal.
- iPoker network — read, but this room documents its betting notation least clearly, so we say so rather than presenting it as equal.
Not sure how to get the file out of your room? Each one is different, and the export guides walk through it room by room.
Replaying a hand is not the same as understanding it
A replayer shows you what happened. It does not tell you which decision was the expensive one, and that is the part nobody can see in their own hands, because the hand you misplayed feels exactly like the hand you played well when you already know how it ended.
That is the other half of this site: a session debrief reads a finished session, picks the hands that decided it, reviews them street by street and prices what each mistake cost in big blinds.
Common questions
Which poker rooms does this replayer read?
PokerStars, GGPoker, Winamax, partypoker, 888poker, the Winning Poker Network (ACR) and iPoker. Each room gets its own reader rather than one generic pattern, because betting notation differs between them in ways that silently corrupt pot sizes if you get them wrong.
Is my hand history uploaded anywhere?
No. The reader is TypeScript that runs in your browser tab. Nothing is sent to a server, nothing is stored, and there is no account. When you copy a share link, the hand is encoded inside the link fragment, which browsers never transmit to the site, so even a shared hand does not pass through us.
Is it really free, with no limit?
Yes. Parsing and arithmetic cost us nothing per use, so there is nothing to meter. What costs money is the written analysis of a session, and that is the part you pay for, at three dollars a session with the first one free.
Can I share a hand on a forum or Discord?
Yes, that is what the share link is for. Opponent names are replaced by default before anything is rendered, so you can post a hand without posting the table's screen names.
What does the replayer show that a chat log does not?
The pot at the start of every street, the effective stack, the stack-to-pot ratio, and for each decision the amount to call and the pot odds it is being offered at. Those are computed from the hand, not typed in, so they cannot disagree with what actually happened.
The replayer shows the hand. A debrief shows the mistake.
Paste a whole session instead of one hand and get the decision that cost the most, the hands that mattered, your leaks priced in big blinds, and what to work on next. The first debrief is free and complete.
No card. No subscription. $3 a session after that, and credits never expire.
