There is no ticket system and no chatbot behind this form. It reaches a real inbox, and the reply comes from a person.

So we can answer. Nothing else is done with it.

If a hand history will not parse, say which room it came from. That is usually the whole answer.

Before you write about a file that will not parse

Two things solve most of these. First, check that your room actually wrote the file: several rooms record nothing until you switch the option on, and GGPoker writes nothing locally at all. The export guides cover each room and the step people usually miss.

Second, drop the file into the free replayer. It runs in your browser, so it costs nothing and uploads nothing, and it will tell you straight away whether the format is one we read. If it reads there, it will read in an analysis.

If a report looks wrong

Tell us which hand and what you expected. Every number in a debrief is computed rather than guessed, so a pot that looks wrong is a bug in a parser, not a difference of opinion, and it is worth fixing for everyone who plays in that room.

What we do with your address

Answer you. It is stored with your message so a reply is possible, and it goes nowhere else: no list, no newsletter, no third party. The privacy page says the same thing in more detail.
