Terms of service

You must be of the legal age to gamble in your country and legally allowed to play poker where you play. The service is intended for adults studying a game they already play.

An educational analysis tool. It reads a finished session and explains what happened, what looked like a mistake and what to work on next.

It is not a solver, it does not compute game-theoretical equilibria, and it makes no claim that following its advice will make you win money. Poker involves risk and variance, and results are never guaranteed.

Poker Debrief offers no gambling and holds no player funds. It provides no assistance of any kind during a live hand or session, and it is built so it cannot be used that way. See our fair play policy.

A new account receives one free credit so you can see a full debrief on a real session before paying anything. Further analyses are bought as credits. One credit covers one analysis of up to 100 hands. Credits do not expire and are not transferable between accounts.

If an analysis fails for a technical reason, the credit is returned to your balance automatically. If you believe you were charged for something you did not receive, contact us and we will look at the ledger, which records every movement permanently.

If the product is not useful to you, write to us within 30 days of a purchase and we refund that purchase in full for the credits you have not spent, without asking you to justify it. Refunds are made to the card that paid, and the corresponding credits are removed from your balance.

Analyses you have already run are not refunded through this rule, because they have been produced and paid for on our side. If one of them is wrong rather than merely unwelcome, tell us what it got wrong and we will refund it too.

You keep ownership of the hand histories you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to process them and produce your report. We do not use them to train models and we never share them with other users.

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and our liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
