Hand histories are personal. This page says exactly what we store, why, and how to get rid of it.

What we store

For each account we hold:

  • your email address, and your name if you give us one
  • a password hash, or a Google account identifier if you sign in that way
  • the hand history files you upload, in private storage
  • the normalised hands, statistics and reports produced from them
  • your credit ledger: purchases, analyses, refunds and adjustments

Opponent names

By default we replace every opponent screen name with a neutral label such as Player 3 before anything is stored or sent to a model. You can turn this off in your settings, but we recommend leaving it on.

Who sees your data

You do. Reports and files are scoped to your account on the server, and there is no path in the product that returns another account's data. Files are stored privately and are never served from a public URL.

To produce your report we send the anonymised, normalised hands to our model provider (OpenRouter) for processing. We do not send your email address, your account identifier or your raw file.

Training

Your hand histories are never used to train any model, ours or anyone else's.

Retention and deletion

You can delete an individual source file, all your files at once, an analysis, or your whole account from the settings page. Deleting your account removes your files from storage and your rows from the database, and it cannot be undone.

We keep the minimal record of payments that accounting and Stripe require even after an account is deleted.

Cookies

One cookie holds your session so you stay signed in, and one short-lived cookie protects the Google sign-in flow. We use no advertising cookies and sell nothing to anyone.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages people arrive on and where they came from. It sets cookies and reports to Google. It never receives your hand histories, your reports or your email address, and it is not what we count credits or payments with: those come from our own database.
